Carla Caixinha

Carla Caixinha is a lawyer with a professional career spanning more than 30 years, 25 of which were dedicated to the financial sector, having collaborated with several prominent financial institutions, both national and international.

With a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Data Protection (GDPR) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, she is a specialist in compliance, the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (PBCFT) and Banking Law.

As a consultant, she supports public and private entities in promoting regulatory compliance, risk management and building more ethical and resilient organisational environments. Her work is distinguished by the implementation of internal policies and procedures, process audits and technical training of teams.

As a certified trainer, she has extensive experience in designing and delivering training courses in areas such as GDPR, compliance, RGPC, PBCFT, human resources management, labour law and banking law, contributing to the development of critical skills in multiple sectors of activity.
